Transaction Account
Guarantee Program

Desert Commercial Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, which has been extended through December 31, 2010 all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.

Founded in June 2005, Desert Commercial Bank is a true community bank made possible by hundreds of local investors in the Coachella and Imperial Valleys.

A desire, originated by its Founders, was not only a desire to have a locally owned and managed institution, but also one that reflected the broad interests and people of the communities it serves. They wanted a bank where decisions were made locally. A bank staffed by people customers know and trust, and customer service that’s second to none.

Their vision is being realized. Desert Commercial Bank, which trades on the Over-the-Counter-Bulletin Board (OTCBB) under the symbol DCBC, continues to be one of the fastest-growing community banks of its kind.
